Our Policies

Helpful details to plan your stay at 931 Beach Guest House

Cancellation Policy:

A deposit of 50% of stay is required to secure a reservation.

Free cancellation up to 30 days before scheduled arrival; in that case, the deposit will be refunded less a $75 fee per room to cover administrative costs.

If cancellation is made between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival, the guest will forfeit 50% of the deposit.

If cancellation is made 14 days or fewer before arrival (or in the case of no-show or early departure), the full deposit will be retained (or full amount of stay charged).

No refunds or credits will be given for early check-out, inclement weather, travel changes, or unused nights.

If the room is re-booked for the same dates, any charges above the deposit forfeiture will be credited back (subject to re-booking being confirmed).

Important: The credit card used for booking must match the name of one of the travelers staying in the room and must be presented at check-in. For third-party payments, please contact us before booking.

Other Policies:

Management cannot be held responsible for cancellations resulting from illness, family emergencies, work obligations, or weather conditions.

We recognize that last-minute cancellations often occur due to unexpected and difficult circumstances such as serious illness or the passing of a loved one. While we sincerely empathize with these situations, we are unable to waive our cancellation policy for personal emergencies. We hope you understand that we cannot assume financial responsibility for events outside our control.

As always, we will make every reasonable effort to rebook your room. If we are successful, a refund or credit will be issued accordingly.

Weather-Related Cancellations:

Our cancellation policy will only be waived in the event of an officially declared State of Emergency or Mandatory Evacuation.
